TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply regardless of how you access photozyltd.co.uk (“Website”) irrespective of the technology or device that you have used.
USE OF THIS WEBSITE
You may only access and use this Website for lawful purposes and you may not use it in a way that infringes the rights of anyone else or that restricts or inhibits anyone else's enjoyment of the Website.
You may not, without the prior written consent of the owners of the Website, copy, reproduce, crawl, frame, download, print, link to any page or distribute in any way the web pages or materials on the website or the computer codes or elements comprising the Website other than solely for your own personal use. You may not use any content from the Website for any commercial purposes whatsoever.

We accept no liability for any losses or damages which may or may not be reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website. No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these Terms, whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms set out the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any and all prior terms, conditions, warranties and/or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW
Any matter that arise out of your use of this Website (including any contract entered between you and us through the Website) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts shall be concluded in English.

We reserve the right to change and update these Terms from time to time and recommend that you revisit this page regularly to keep informed of any revised Terms that apply to your use of the Website. By continuing to access, browse and use this Website, you will be deemed to have agreed to any changes or updates to our Terms.
Bookings Terms and Conditions
BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
- A deposit of £100 (for 1 or 2 hour shoots the deposit is £60) is required to secure your photoshoot/videoshoot booking.
- By paying the deposit you (as the client) have acknowledged the terms and conditions of the photoshoot/videoshoot and agree to abide by these rules. Failure to do so may mean delayed delivery of your edited photos/videos or if deemed necessary by our team, cancellation of your shoot.
- The booking is confirmed via email only upon receipt of the deposit.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
- Photozy LTD retains the copyright of all photographs/videos taken during the shoot.
- Clients are granted a license for personal use, including printing, sharing on social media, and displaying for personal purposes.
- Commercial usage or distribution of the images/videos requires prior written consent from Photozy LTD, this may be subject to additional fees. This is solely at the discretion of Photozy LTD and is evaluated at the booking value.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- In the event of a cancellation by the client:
- Cancellation with more than 24 hours' notice: The deposit will be retained but can be transferred to a rescheduled shoot within 2 weeks if available.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the shoot commencing: The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances such as a medical emergency with valid proof.
RESCHEDULING
- Clients can reschedule their shoot once with more than 24 hours' notice without incurring any additional fees.
- Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee of £50GBP.
LATE ARRIVAL OR NO SHOW
- Clients are expected to arrive on time for the shoot. Late arrival may result in a shortened shoot time.
- Failure to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a "no show," and the deposit will be non-refundable.
IMAGE/VIDEO DELIVERY
- Edited images/videos will be delivered within 1 week after the shoot.
- The final delivery time may be extended during peak seasons.
EDITING AND RETOUCHING
- Photozy LTD reserves the right to select and edit the final images/videos for delivery.
- Extensive retouching and additional editing beyond the standard editing process may be subject to additional charges.
COOPERATION
- Clients are expected to cooperate during the shoot to ensure the best possible results.
- Photozy LTD is not liable for suboptimal results due to lack of cooperation from clients or participants.
- Any abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate suspension of the shoot with the deposit being forfeited.
LIABILITY
- Photozy LTD shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the photoshoot/videoshoot.
IMAGE AND VIDEO STORAGE
- Photozy LTD retains images/videos for a period of 1 month (unless client images/video are being used for testimonials). It is the client's responsibility to back up and secure their purchased images/videos.
